Ye Vendor Terms & Conditions GAWPL Automation, jo GIVAN AMRIT WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED dwara operate kiya jaata hai, ke saath kaam karne wale sabhi Vendors par lagu honge. 1. Vendor Eligibility Vendor ko India ke kanoon ke tahat legally registered hona chahiye (Company / Firm / Individual). Vendor dwara di gayi sabhi details sahi aur updated honi chahiye. 2. Scope of Services Vendor automation services, software support, data handling, marketing tools, ya related services provide karega. Vendor kisi bhi service me unauthorized change nahi karega. 3. Compliance & Legal Use Vendor ko WhatsApp / Meta policies, IT Act aur sabhi lagu kanoon ka palan karna hoga. Spam, fraud, fake leads, ya illegal content ke liye services ka use sakht mana hai. 4. Network Marketing & Products Vendor, GIVAN AMRIT WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED ke Network Marketing system Herbal & Wellness Products ke promotion me company ke rules aur ethics ka palan karega. Vendor kisi bhi product ke liye false medical claims nahi karega. 5. Payments & Settlement Payment terms pehle se mutually agreed honge. Sabhi payments non-refundable honge jab tak written agreement me alag se mention na ho. Delay ya failure ki situation me company final decision lene ka adhikar rakhti hai. 6. Data Confidentiality Vendor company ke data, software access, aur customer information ko strictly confidential rakhega. Bina written permission ke data share karna ya misuse karna mana hai. 7. Intellectual Property GAWPL Automation ka software, logo, branding aur content company ki exclusive property hai. Vendor bina permission inka misuse nahi karega. 8. Service Quality & Responsibility Vendor timely, secure aur professional service provide karega. Vendor ki wajah se hue kisi bhi legal, technical ya financial loss ke liye vendor khud zimmedar hoga. 9. Termination Company bina kisi notice ke vendor agreement terminate kar sakti hai agar rules violate hote hain. Termination ke baad sabhi access turant band kar diye jayenge. 10. Limitation of Liability Third-party tools, WhatsApp server, internet issues ya force majeure ki wajah se hue loss ke liye company zimmedar nahi hogi. 11. Governing Law Ye Vendor Terms & Conditions Bharat (India) ke kanoon ke anusar govern honge.
